  This experience was more than horrible. I broke my arm. The room I got pretty quickly. My pain level was 10- shaking, wailing, crying. I had to wait for the doctor in order to get pain med. I waited for about 15 min, got pain medicine. Doctor said she come back in 5-10 min when medicaments will kick in to remove bandage and check my arm. Unfortunately pain came back after 10 min I asked nurse for more pain dose.She had to check with doctor. It took some time to get 2 nd dose of pain med. The pain killers they injected just made me drowsy, but didn't help much with pain. The help line is worthless if you asking for help multiple times because they dont take your pain seriously.The pain was so strong it caused shortness of breath, my legs and both hands were getting numb- the whole body was shacking, felt like I'm going to faint out. I was moaning on the whole floor. And... the personnel not even a single person who was passing my room showed any attention or mercy, not talking they were ignoring help line .The nurse showed up and told doctor is checking X rays. They just closed other rooms doors ( not to stress out other patients). Finally after one hour nightmare they injected morphine. The price to get attention and help for physical and emotional pain was so high... The doctor showed up in one hour and 10 min( though she said will came back in 5-10 min). I was told to wait for procedure to adjust broken bones. It took 1 hour of waiting again for doctor to come back. I started feeling pain coming back again. The Nurse was ignoring help button, so I hollored a random personnel who was passing my room and I begged him to ask for a help! I need this procedure to be done now.In the whole floor there was no one else moaning like me. Overall the personnel looked very calm, slowly walking, I was hearing laughs at the nurse desk. They sounded like they working in beauty salon, but not in emergency where you suppose to see people in rush with a concerns in their faces. Such unprofessional personnel, attitude, I never run into. I'm paying $1,300 for insurance a month and that's a treatment and service you getting? I asked for x ray cd, they promised to give me as well as 24h pharmacy list with discharge papers. Nothing was provided and I forgot myself after a such torture and nightmare. If I could rate this hospital-humanness, helpiness-0, more than half personnel would be fired!
